LUTYENS STILE AT SAINT ANDREW'S CHURCH MELLS, SOMERSET: photograph was taken on the 15th September 1992. It was taken to illustrate a feature on the Architect, Sir Edwin Landseer Lutyens, OM, KCIE, PRA, FRIBA, for the Western Morning news. on my last visit to the Church, I think about six years ago, the Stile had been removed and a swing gate put in place.
